Digital Marketing Executive (Influencer Marketing)
The Digital Marketing team is responsible for managing the full ad stack—Shopee, Lazada, Meta, Google—tracking, optimizing, and proving ROI. They partner with KOLs who have real influence, coordinate campaign strategy, creativity, timing, and scale, and drive traffic that builds loyalty through social and paid channels.
What's Your Role?
- Influence & Inspire: Plan and execute creative influencer marketing strategies that grow our brand across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu.
- KOLs & KOCs Connections: Find and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) who fit our brand vibe.
- Campaign Management: Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish— from ideas to execution—ensuring each delivers engaging, impactful content.
- Collaborative Content Creation: Work closely with influencers to create fun, authentic, scroll‑stopping content that keeps our brand in the spotlight.
- Liaison with Brand Principals: Act as a bridge between our team and brand principals—synchronising ideas, approvals, and collaborations to keep every campaign on‑brand and on‑point.
- Stay Ahead of the Trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Performance Insight: Track and analyse campaign results to uncover insights and ideas that help us grow and improve every time.
What's the skill required?
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Digital Marketing Experience: Hands‑on experience in digital marketing, especially in influencer campaigns; e‑commerce experience is a bonus.
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu—knowing how each platform works and what clicks with audiences.
- People Skills: Great communication and negotiation abilities to build strong, lasting relationships with influencers.
- Creative Thinker: Bring fresh, out‑of‑the‑box ideas that get people talking.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data, analysing performance, and finding ways to improve results.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
