Job Overview
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads & Facebook Ads campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage company and customers’ social media channel.
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content.
  • Develop content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence and encourages audience participation.
  • Design and develop concepts for digital banners for PPC campaigns, social media post, website images, and relevant digital creatives.
  • Effectively plan, setup, implement and optimize all assigned performance marketing advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously improve knowledge in advertising technical expertise and proactively keep abreast on changes in all related digital platform algorithms to effectively optimize budget spend and performance of digital advertising campaigns to achieve campaign KPI's.
  • Plan and execute communication on campaign performance and keep clients informed periodically throughout the campaign period.
  • Campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Manage budget tracking of campaigns and update relevant database with necessary information for departments analysis and improvement.
  • Support superior and team by delivering quality output in a timely manner and acting as a mentor to junior employees.
  • Continuous improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media data, insight, and best practices and acting on the information.
  • Be part of the marketing team in proposing marketing idea based on digital marketing research and provide references.
Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to stay current with trends and updates in the digital advertising landscape.
  • At least 1~2 years of relevant experiences.
