Requirements（任职要求）:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital advertising tools. 熟悉各大社交媒体平台、内容趋势及数码广告工具。
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO practices. 具备 Meta Ads、Google Ads 及基础 SEO 的实操经验。
• Basic skills in photography, videography, or video editing tools are an advantage. 具备基础摄影、摄像或视频剪辑能力者更佳。
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools. 熟悉 Adobe Photoshop、Illustrator、Canva 或类似设计工具。

Responsibility

Key Responsibilities（主要职责）:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, website, and online advertising platforms. 策划并执行社交媒体、官网及线上广告平台的数码营销策略。
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, rednote etc.). 管理并发展公司的社交媒体账号（如Facebook、Instagram、TikTok、小红书etc.）。
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and basic videos. 制作、安排及发布具吸引力的内容，包括贴文、短视频（Reels）、限时动态及基础视频内容。
• Coordinate photo and video shoots for completed projects, showroom displays, and events. 协调完成项目、展厅及活动的照片与视频拍摄工作。
• Manage digital advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) including budgeting and performance tracking. 管理数码广告投放（Meta Ads、Google Ads），包括预算控制及成效分析。
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare reports. 使用数据分析工具监测数码营销表现，并定期准备报告。
• Maintain and update company website content, portfolios, and basic SEO optimization. 维护及更新公司网站内容、作品集，并进行基础 SEO 优化。
• Work closely with design, sales, and project teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. 与设计、销售及项目团队紧密合作，确保品牌形象与信息一致。
• Respond to online inquiries and support lead generation follow‑ups when required. 回复线上询问，并在需要时协助潜在客户跟进。
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes. 持续关注数码营销趋势、工具及平台更新。
• Support marketing materials, campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities as needed. 协助市场推广物料、活动、展览及促销相关工作。
