About The Role

We are a growing bakery company, and we’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy Digital Marketing Executive to elevate our online presence and drive foot traffic and orders. If you’re passionate about food, social media, and engaging digital content, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and promotions.
  • Handle content creation and daily posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Manage online advertising (Meta Ads) to increase engagement, bookings, and delivery orders.
  • Create and manage campaigns for food delivery platforms (e.g., GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood).
  • Monitor and respond to comments, reviews, and inquiries across digital channels.
  • Track performance and generate weekly/monthly reports (traffic, engagement, ROI, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, operations, design) for promotions, launches, and events.
  • Stay on top of digital trends and competitor activity in the F&B space.
What we are looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the F&B or retail sector.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and social media analytics.
  • Strong copy-writing and content planning skills (especially for food and lifestyle audiences).
  • Experience with basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet campaign deadlines.
  • Passionate about food, marketing, and engaging storytelling.
  • Sources of the material and collateral for campaign & product packaging.
  • Compulsory to able to speak and read in Chinese language.
