A leading job portal in Malaysia seeks a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to oversee campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing within the property industry, alongside strong content creation and video editing skills. Responsibilities include executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and optimizing performance across platforms. A solid understanding of local market trends is favorable, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics essential.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role requires strong content creation, artwork design, and video editing skills, with AI video capability as an added advantage. Experience in the property industry will be highly preferred.
Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Handle SEO and SEM to drive website traffic and lead conversions.
Independently create and produce digital content, including artwork, photos, videos, and copywriting.
Plan and manage social media content calendars.
Analyze campaign performance and provide improvement recommendations.
Design marketing materials such as digital ads, banners, and social media visuals.
Edit marketing videos, short-form reels, and advertisements with strong storytelling and performance focus.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and propose innovative ideas.
Candidates should be proficient in or familiar with:
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (property industry experience is preferred).
Strong video editing skills are mandatory.
Experience managing paid ads and performance-driven campaigns.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Strong creative sense with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and project management skills.
Preferably based in Batu Caves / Selayang area, with understanding of local market and culture.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
