Job Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the Digital Growth Lead will lead the most important transformation of Time’s consumer business to date. The objective of this transformation will be to revolutionize the distribution of consumer home broadband product to be fully digital within the next 3 years.
Your work life
- Create a new digital marketing strategy which will include all conventional digital channels (web, app, e-mail, affiliates, etc.) to increase customer acquisition and reduce churn
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, digital analytics, and marketing automation
- Revamp the measurement system and tools to monitor online performance
- Drive the usage data to improve segmenting and targeting together with the data team
- Develop new and enhance existing platforms, primarily owned media towards converting prospect leads
- Lead the online sales team (currently includes team members who cover web, affiliates, paid media)
- Work closely with the Brand team on aligning consumer communication across all digital touchpoints
To be considered
- Track record of growing online sales of physical products or services as a part of the sales organization (not an agency)
- Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing techniques and methods and ability to craft a comprehensive digital marketing strategy
- Ability to benchmark online acquisition of consumer products (traffic funnel statistics, cost)
- Understanding of a modern digital marketing technology stack and track record of setting it up from very limited base
- Ability to do basic mental math
