Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually compelling content tailored for various social media platforms. Your work will play a key role in shaping our brand’s visual identity online and driving engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality static and motion graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, creative, and engaging visual content
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop social media campaigns, content calendars, and brand storytelling
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, tone, and design across all digital touchpoints
  • Edit and repurpose content for different platforms and audience segments
  • Manage and organize digital assets and templates for easy access and reuse
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and successful past projects, particularly for social media platforms
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media with a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and a proven ability to create visually compelling, on‑brand content
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of basic video editing and animation for reels, stories, and TikToks
  • Understanding of design best practices and dimensions for each social media platform
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, layout, and color
  • Passion for digital culture, trends, and social storytelling
  • Experience with photography and short‑form video production will be an advantage
