What You’ll Do
  • Ideate and conceptualise and execute design solutions for websites and landing pages in a timely manner as a landing page designer.
  • Conceptualise and design promotional digital marketing campaign assets such as Google GDN banners, Facebook banners and etc. for all assigned services.
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with team members and/or clients and work closely with all relevant stakeholders to discuss the needs of the site or project and create a plan of what’s required.
  • Support and collaborate with team member to improve and develop new online interactive strategies.
  • Able to conduct a presentation of design work in front of client.
  • Perform daily task completion or status record.
  • Provide guidance and contribute knowledge within/cross team.
  • Build and maintain good rapport and communicate with clients through phone, email correspondence and business meet ups.
  • Perform project management and client servicing roles for the assigned services.
  • Maintain contact with clients at all stages of projects and provide periodic feedback as agreed or when required.
  • Present design work, project progress reports and performance reports according to OPS (Operating Standards) and any other ad‑hoc requests from clients to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Keep abreast of industry specific market trends, best practices and pain points, and support team members to improve and develop new online interactive strategies.
  • Work closely with all relevant departments to understand and communicate effectively on clients’ needs for the project.
  • Negotiate with clients, solve problems and ensure deadlines are met as mutually agreed.
  • Review, analyse and produce periodical report on project management, recommendations for improvement, status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.
  • Support the department with any other ad‑hoc related duties.
What You Bring
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Multimedia Technology, Graphic / Web Design or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience as a website designer with a digital agency or similar fields.
  • Solid hands‑on skills on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML and CSS.
  • Basic knowledge in WordPress, CMS, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap is an added advantage.
  • Familiar with Bootstrap’s frameworks.
  • Experience in video editing would be added advantages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Works well in a team as well as individually.
  • Good organizational skills and time management.
  • Able to think analytically and resolve issues.
  • Possesses a creative mind set and passion for digital marketing.
  • Meticulous and pays attention to details.
  • Takes initiatives to learn and complete the tasks assigned.
  • Protects the organization’s values by keeping information confidential.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
