Job description

The Digital Design Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining consistent, high-quality visual and graphic design assets across Aeronas digital platforms and corporate materials. This role focuses on design execution, brand consistency, and visual communication, supporting marketing, corporate communications, and internal teams.

What you'll be doing

• Designing and producing visually appealing digital content such as social media graphics, website banners, e‑mail templates, and other marketing materials
• Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translating them into effective visual solutions
• Ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets by adhering to established brand guidelines
• Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and impact of your work
• Providing design support for digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO) and pay‑per‑click (PPC) advertising
• Assisting with the maintenance and updates of the company's website and online presence
• Produce corporate graphic materials such as brochures, reports, pitch decks, posters, infographics, and advertisements
• Assist in maintaining and updating brand guidelines and design standards

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a digital design role, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Advanced knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and an understanding of responsive design
• Excellent creative problem‑solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and their application in design
