Role & Responsibilities

Develop and implement analytics and insights by maximizing the LTV of the customer to advance customer segmentation, customer retention marketing strategies and cross-category propensity.

Segment and optimize the database to maximize revenue, provide in-depth and business-oriented analysis while ensuring maximum customer engagement to activate, engage, and reactivate customers.

Work closely with cross-functional department to plan, update and measure performance of content and messages across multiple digital platforms against set target.

Assist in strategize and personalize content for Digital properties across different state and areas in-line with monthly marketing promotions.

Analyze campaign performance and use data insights to iterate, improve and maximize results.

Plan, implement, and test content populated to optimize performance and drive incremental sales.

Assist in conducting market surveys to keep abreast of digital/marketing trends.

Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

Requirements

3+ years Loyalty, CRM and/or Customer Marketing experience

Experience in content publishing using relevant CMS software.

Ability to apply strategic thinking and detailed oriented in planning and implementation of content

Excellent attention to detail and adhere to timeline & deadlines.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT or Digital.

Result driven and able to work with minimum supervision.

Experience in leading the design and execution of programs across multiple communication channels including mobile, email, push, web and social media.
