Job Summary
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will support major digital campaign initiatives across 2X. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the client to plan, set up, analyze, optimize, and report on campaign initiatives to drive maximum efficiency and performance. The role requires the ability to translate campaign statistics into insights and provide recommendations for optimization.
The position plays a critical role in driving demand generation/account-based marketing campaigns at scale. The Performance Marketing Specialist is able to identify and solve campaign-related problems, showing interest and curiosity in identifying problems and improvement areas, as well as a strong understanding of business and marketing and how platforms help achieve goals.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide operational execution, tactical, and strategic support across advertising platforms (Goolge, LinkedIn, 6Sense, etc) and email platforms.
- Execute assigned tasks as necessary.
- Independently monitor and analyze campaign performance to generate insights, including monthly and quarterly reports.
- Identify opportunities to optimize (keywords, ad copy, bid management, A/B testing) and provide recommendations based on best practices.
- Manage conversion tracking using tools such as GA4 and GTM, and troubleshoot technical errors.
- Optimize campaigns and improve work processes for efficiency.
- Handle client meetings independently and communicate effectively with internal teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, and/or email.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, and other related courses.
- Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, GA4, and GTM.
- Strong passion and interest in digital campaigns, open to learning multiple platforms.
- Possesses a resourceful mindset & strong analytical skills with great communication skills.
- Self-motivated & able to work independently while being a team player.
- Prior experience or certifications in digital marketing especially paid campaigns-related is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
