Location and Hours

Jaya One, Petaling Jaya

Convenient Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (Flexible Working Hour), Monday to Friday (1 day WFH)

Responsibilities

• Work with the SEO team to develop google marketing projects (SEO, SEM & Website Development) that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client queries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication via phone, email, or meetings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout all project stages, ensuring clear communication and timely updates on progress, performance, and results.
• Present campaign ideas, project updates, and performance reports as per Operating Standards or client requests.
• Ensuring timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with contract terms.
• Researching clients’ business activities and Identifying new business leads and contributing to the expansion of providing other services.
• Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
