Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care
  • Provide comprehensive nutrition care, including:
  • Nutritional Assessment
  • Dietary Intervention and Medical Nutrition Support
  • Diet Counselling and Education
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient case review meetings.
  • Offer on-call dietetic services during weekends and public holidays.
• Community Nutrition
  • Develop and implement community nutrition projects, such as support groups, healthy eating campaigns, and workshops.
  • Conduct public talks and in‑house lectures on nutrition and dietetics topics.
• Administrative Duties
  • Review and enhance nutrition care programs and educational materials.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and departmental documentation.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on dietetic services.
• Food Services Management
  • Contribute to hospital menu planning and therapeutic diet modifications.
  • Collaborate on inter‑departmental projects to improve food service quality.
• Training and Professional Development
  • Participate in continuing professional development programs and training sessions.
  • Assist in developing training modules for staff, including dietetic technicians, assistants, and nursing personnel.
• General Accountabilities
  • Ensure compliance with departmental standards and hospital policies.
  • Support inventory management of nutrition products.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and special projects.
