Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities

Write scripts and automation using Groovy, Bash and Python to streamline operations

Configure and manage data sources like MySQL, SQL Server, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc

Manage Jenkins CI/CD platform and pipelines to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Oversee source control systems, including GitLab and Nexus, to meet SLAs.

Work closely with Development teams to design, implement and optimize CI/CD workflows and deployment processes.

Adopt and implement security and operations best practices in IT operations.

Utilize various open source technologies to enhance system efficiency.

Use orchestrate tools to deploy and manage scalable solutions.

Requirements

3 years of experience in managing Linux and Windows based infrastructure.

2 years of hands-on experience at least in one scripting language (e.g. Shell, Groovy, YAML).

2 years of hands-on experience with databases including MySQL, SQL Server, Mongo & Elasticsearch

Strong knowledge of scripting languages, including Shell, Groovy, YAML.

Familiarity with networking and cybersecurity principles.

Experience with the RedHat OpenShift platform.
