About the Job

• DevOps & CI/CD: Build and manage the CI/CD infrastructure, including container orchestration and cloud-based service configurations.
• Cross-Platform Development: Design and implement high-quality features for both web (React) and mobile (React Native) platforms.
• Automation Focus: Streamline software build, testing, and deployment processes to allow for frequent and reliable code integration.
• Performance Monitoring: Use log aggregators and real-time dashboards to identify and resolve application bottlenecks and tune system performance.
• Security Integration: Implement secure development practices, including vulnerability monitoring, access controls, and data protection at rest and in transit.
• Tier 2 Technical Support: Handle root-cause analysis and resolution for complex customer and application issues.

Job Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, specifically within web and mobile application environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Required Certifications: Must hold at least one professional certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Solutions, or a DevOps Institute credential).
• Core Technical Stack: Proficiency in React.js, React Native, TypeScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
• Architectural Expertise: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, REST/GraphQL API integration, and cloud computing (AWS/Azure).
• Data Privacy & Compliance: Experience handling confidential information and familiarity with data protection regulations such as PDPA and PII.
