Job description

Requirements

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, computer science, software engineering and other related majors are preferred.
• At least 2 years of working experience in DevOps, SRE, or related fields, familiar with the software development lifecycle; 3. More than 3 years of Linux/Windows operating system operation and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and able to meet the needs of cross-team communication; Points are added for those who are proficient in Mandarin.
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork spirit and awareness of problem follow-up, willing to share experience, and be able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment.
• Have the ability to deeply study the root cause of problems, clear logic, and outstanding ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.

Skill Requirements

• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Shell, Python, SQL) with experience in automated script development.
• Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools, and knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is preferred.
• Master core skills such as server operation and maintenance, database management, and network foundation, and be able to independently complete system configuration, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience in overseas online game operation and maintenance and front-line technical operation teams (such as NOC) is preferred.
• If you have front-end development experience, familiarity with Vue.js, Naive UI framework, and TypeScript is preferred.

Other Requirements

• Accept night shifts or flexible work arrangements to cope with sudden system failures and emergency maintenance needs.

Responsibility

• Responsible for the deployment and delivery, change management, problem troubleshooting and infrastructure operation and maintenance of overseas games, core products and related components (such as monitoring systems and login services) to ensure the stability, security and scalability of the system.
• Design and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to optimize the release process and improve the efficiency and quality of R&D delivery.
• Configure and maintain Linux servers and MySQL databases, complete the installation, configuration and daily operation and maintenance of basic modules; Write shell, Python, and other scripts to automate deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and more.
• Build a system monitoring and observability platform to track system performance in real time, identify and solve potential faults such as services, systems, and networks, and investigate performance bottlenecks and potential safety hazards.
• Deeply connect with cross-functional teams such as development, infrastructure, and project management, communicate and collaborate efficiently, promote project delivery on time, and provide technical support for the whole process. Responsible for daily version release, change management and other related work.
• In-depth analysis of the root cause of the problem, continuous optimization of operation and maintenance processes, technical solutions and system architecture, and improvement of system reliability and operation and maintenance efficiency; If you have front-end development experience, you can participate in the development of relevant front-end systems (familiarity with Vue.js, Naive UI, TypeScript is required).
