Overview
Ditrolic Energy is seeking a proactive and highly organised Development Manager to lead and coordinate cross-border renewable energy project development. This role combines strategic stakeholder engagement, project structuring, and financial coordination to support Ditrolic’s regional growth, including initiatives such as SJREC and CRESS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of cross-border renewable energy projects, from feasibility and permitting to commercial structuring and execution.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to prepare proposals, technical documentation, and financial models.
- Support tender submissions and regulatory applications for utility-scale programmes and government-led RE initiatives.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between Ditrolic and external stakeholders including state governments, regulatory bodies, and strategic partners.
- Facilitate meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision‑making.
- Represent Ditrolic in official forums, working groups, and industry engagements.
- Assist in the development of financial strategies for large-scale projects, including equity and debt structuring, counter‑guarantees, and gearing ratios.
- Coordinate with financial advisors, banks, and investment partners to secure funding commitments and term sheets.
- Support the preparation of financial documentation such as audited statements, credit reports, and support letters for bid submissions.
- Track and report on financial obligations, payment milestones, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track partnership progress and provide insights on challenges and opportunities to the Business Development Department.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks relevant to project development and financing.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project development and financial coordination, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and government liaison.
- Strong understanding of cross-border project execution, regulatory environments, and financial structuring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments and geographies.
