The Role
The school is seekinga passionate and skilled Design & Technologies Teacher to join our Middle and Lower Senior School faculty, teaching students in Years 5 through 10. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and to contribute meaningfully to the growth and success of the Design & Technologies programme at PISA.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver approximately 18 teaching periods per week within a 30-period timetable.

Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and inspiring lessons that meet the needs of all learners.

Create a positive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.

Collaborate closely with colleagues across the school and contribute to departmental and school-wide initiatives.

Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

Maintain high levels of organisation and communication with students, colleagues, and parents.

Requirements

A recognised Teaching Degree or a degree with PGCE.

A minimum of five years teaching experience.

Experience teaching a reputable international curriculum.

Outstanding command of English.

A clear commitment to student safeguarding and welfare (a clean DBS/police check is required).

Ability to adjust to a new cultural environment and work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable (but not essential)

Familiarity with student management systems such as iSAMS or SIMS.

Previous teaching experience in Southeast Asia.

Class Size: Approximately 20 students
Reporting to: Heads of Middle and Senior School & School Principal
