Design Manager – Substations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical design engineering team for HV substation projects.
• Review, validate, and approve design deliverables, including single‑line diagrams, layouts, schematics, and panel drawings.
• Ensure all design work complies with TB regulations, IEC standards, and project technical requirements.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and project execution teams to address and resolve design‑related matters.
• Develop, refine, and enforce design workflows, engineering standards, and quality control procedures.
• Support project tendering and proposal teams with technical inputs when required.

Must Have Qualifications
