• Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, and Technical) to support business initiatives and resolve regional challenges effectively.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, mitigating potential issues in both business development and operations.
• Consolidate and report market insights, pipeline progress, and regional performance data to management for informed decision-making.
