Overview
This position primarily focuses on coordinating with real estate agents and agencies to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and support. This position will be responsible for managing relationships, organizing training sessions, and overseeing the administrative tasks associated with real estate agencies.
Responsibilities
- Responsible as a primary point of contact by fostering and maintaining strong relationships with existing real estate agents and agencies.
- Onboard new agents and agencies by explaining company policies, procedures, and expectations, including project briefing/update.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to agencies in their property sales efforts including inquiries and issues.
- Ensure effective communication between agencies and the company.
- Maintain accurate records of agencies' contracts, agreements & commission structures.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in processing commission payments & incentive programs.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignments and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in relevant fields.
- Possess at least 4 years’ experience in property sales & marketing, with experience as Real Estate Negotiator is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- General knowledge and understanding in regulations and guidelines relating to property industry.
