Deputy Head - Sales, Marketing & Corporate Communication
Job Purpose
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for the full spectrum of Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communication functions at Group level, driving revenue growth, brand positioning and stakeholder engagement for CSSB.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Sales, Marketing and Corporate Communication functions across all property projects.
- Formulate and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and take-up targets.
- Develop and implement branding, advertising, digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Manage corporate communication strategies, including media relations, public relations and stakeholder communications.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales policies, and marketing budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams (development, finance, legal and operations) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, authorities and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to recommend strategic improvements.
- Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts and strategic recommendations to Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in property development or real estate.
- Proven track record in driving property sales performance and managing marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
