Position: Depot Manager
Company: International Shipping
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Salary: RM 6 000 – RM 10 000 (based on experience)

Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in container depot operations, logistics (shipping line), and M&R processes.
  • Proven experience in managing depot sites, operational systems, and vendor coordination.
  • Familiarity with Depot Management Systems or similar logistics software.
  • Knowledge of container handling, truck operations, and QSSA procedures.
  • Understanding of workplace safety standards and ability to enforce safety practices.
Job Purpose
  • Managing overall depot operation toward KPI or depot turnaround time of 45 minutes.
  • Managing and coordinating with all personnel and service providers to achieve a high standard of operation level and depot image.
  • Coordinating and communicating with internal stakeholders regarding stock (container) availability based on current demand.
  • Managing, controlling, and supervising the operation team to ensure good quality of container releases based on cargo worthiness and seaworthiness as per shipper’s requirements.
