Job summary

A leading automotive company in Penang is seeking a Service Advisor to manage service appointments, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have a friendly demeanor while handling customers. This role requires a drive for sales and the ability to manage various service duties effectively, contributing to a positive customer experience. Competitive work hours with a 5.5 days work week are expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Service Advisor in automotive dealership is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills & good command in speaking English.
  • Pleasant & friendly demeanor even when handling difficult customers.

  • Attend to customers’ daily service needs whilst complying to work procedures.
