Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Planning Management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience in forecasting, inventory, and demand planning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate statistical forecasts and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods.
  • Drive high forecast accuracy and implement sound inventory management practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate market intelligence into forecasting and inventory plans.
  • Monitor inventory supply status, providing timely alerts for corrective actions.
  • Lead collaborations with suppliers and customers on inventory strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports highlighting performance and opportunities.
  • Conduct monthly reviews of slow-moving and obsolete products.
  • Take ownership of incidents, ensuring clear communication until closure.

Full time

  • Develop and maintain accurate statistical forecasts and manage inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods.
  • Drive high forecast accuracy and implement sound inventory management practices to achieve optimal stock levels and consistent market supply.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to integrate market intelligence, promotional mechanics, and supply strategies into forecasting and inventory plans.
  • Monitor inventory supply status, providing timely alerts and communication to enable swift corrective actions.
  • Lead and work collaboratively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams on projections, inventory strategies, and planning initiatives to optimize inventory management.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports and planning reviews to internal stakeholders, highlighting performance, events, projections, opportunities, risks, and corrective actions for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and reporting of slow-moving and obsolete products, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of incidents, ensuring clear, transparent, and timely communication until closure.
