A global filtration company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Demand Planner to manage the APAC demand planning team across multiple regions. The role includes leading the forecasting process, enhancing customer satisfaction KPIs, and ensuring the team meets industry standard KPIs. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, with proficiency in ERP systems and excellent communication skills.

Overview
Manage the APAC demand planning team supporting China, India, Japan, Southeast Asia and Korea to maintain industry standard KPIs with a primary responsibility for forecast accuracy while supporting efforts to achieve customer service levels and inventory targets. Lead the Demand Planning process to align sales targets to an operational forecast and continuously monitor the results. Maintain a high utilization level of Donaldson standard supply chain planning processes and tools. This position will support 1 or more locations as a Demand Planner in addition to managing the team.
