Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, demonstrating the ability to safely operate delivery vehicles.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role involving delivery and store operations, showcasing familiarity with dispatch procedures and inventory handling.
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage dispatch and delivery schedules efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Experience in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and tracking goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Capable of performing physical tasks associated with delivery and store operations, such as lifting and moving boxes, and arranging merchandise.
• Familiarity with the Jalan PJS 8/9, PJS 8, Sunway Mentari area in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, to ensure efficient delivery routes.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist in the store with receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper storage.
• Manage delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delivery times, utilizing dispatch and delivery management skills.
• Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of delivery vehicles, reporting any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stocktaking, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Support store operations by assisting with tasks such as packing orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
