Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations

Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers

Requirement

Responsibility

• Safely collect materials from the scheduled place and deliver to selected destination and able to complete delivery on time
• Overseeing the loading unloading process, check the correct mineral materials collected accurately and follow company policy minimum and maximum weight collected
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and to keep it clean and tidy all the time and ensure its functionality
• Plan the quickest and safest route, obeying the rules of the road and follow company safety regulations to meet customer requirements
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure goods delivered are stamped and acknowledged by the recipient and all documents are properly managed
• Delivery of goods to customers as stated on the delivery order (DO)
• Report any defects, accidents, violations and delays to planner and Supervisor
• Document log work and mileage for every delivery and retain fuel or toll receipts
• Notify planner and Supervisor if there is any major maintenance needed or delivery issue encountered
• Responsible to ensure the assigned vehicle is in good condition at all times, clean, well maintained and meet the safety requirements
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and discuss to perform preventative maintenance
• To carry out vehicle maintenance check and arranging for vehicle repairs at workshop according to schedule time
• Assists in ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by Planner and Supervisor
