Job summary

A leading conglomerate in Malaysia is looking for a DMS Consultant to join their team. You will work closely with consultants and analysts to enhance and support DMS systems, participate in projects, and assist in training users. Candidates with experience in DMS, strong business process knowledge, and leadership experience are highly desired. The role offers a competitive salary range of RM 8,000 to RM 12,000.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in DMS projects.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation projects is preferred.
• Experience within the Automotive/Dealership industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants on DMS module configuration.
• Support and enhance DMS systems to improve operations.
• Assist in project management for DMS enhancements.
• Train users for effective utilization of the DMS.

about the job

• To work together with other consultants & analyst on deciding the best practices based on user requirements while ensuring configuration, customization, and integration of the DMS modules are aligned business needs.
• To work together with other technical consultant / programmer on the technical / programming aspect of the DMS etc integration.
• To support & improve DMS system by enhancing its funtionality or streamlining operation processes.
• Enuring the enhancement of DMS system will improve business & elevate dealership operations.
• To support Project Manager on a few DMS enhancement / implementation projects (if any) including project planning, resource allocation, and execution, if necessary.
• To assist in user training to enhance the utilisation of DMS system in the most effective manners.
• To work closely with higher management, team members and other stakeholders on any enhancement, support or implementation projects
• To assist in requirements gathering, functional documentation, solutions design, and other related work within support / project environments.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization for DMS modules.

about the manager/team

You will be working with other functional & technical consultants, business analysts and project manager on a daily support role within DMS. You will also be given the opportunity to embark with end to end implementation project alongside with approved vendor.

about requirements:

• Someone with exposure on any DMS etc Keyloop DMS / SAP DMS is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with strong experience in the functional & business processes area of DMS is added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with at least 3 years of working experience in any DMS implementation and/or support project is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone with L2/L3 support capability on any DMS systems is an added advantage but not compulsary.
• Someone with at least 2 years of leadership experience is well sought after
• Someone with at least 3 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone with good exposure on database design / file management techniques is an added but not compulsary.
• Someone within Automotive / Dealership industry experience is an added advantage but not compulsary.

about the salary & benefits

• up to RM 8,000 - RM 12,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
