🌟 We're Hiring: Data Migration Functional Expert (SAP O2C)! 🌟

We are seeking a seasoned Data Migration Functional Expert with 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and large‑scale SAP data migration projects. The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered end‑to‑end O2C data migration solutions and bring deep domain knowledge in one or more industries (e.g., Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil, Retail & Consumer Goods, etc.).

Key Responsibilities & Expertise

SAP SD & O2C Data Migration Expertise

• Lead the design, mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of O2C data objects, including sales orders, pricing, delivery, shipping, billing, credit management, returns, and revenue recognition.

• Customize migration strategies to align with unique business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards and SAP best practices.

Business Process Analysis & Data Quality

• Analyze current O2C data structures and processes, identify pain points, and propose standardization or automation opportunities for migration.

• Design scalable and efficient data migration process flows to improve data integrity, order fulfillment, and invoicing accuracy.

Cross‑Module Integration

• Ensure seamless integration of migrated O2C data with related modules (MM, PP, FI/CO, PS) for unified data flow and operational continuity.

• Handle process dependencies such as goods movements, delivery creation, invoice posting, and financial reconciliation during migration.

End‑User Enablement & Support

• Develop and deliver training for O2C cycle users on data migration processes, validation, reconciliation, and post‑migration support.

• Provide expert‑level support for operational issues such as data discrepancies, blocked orders, pricing errors, and credit challenges post‑migration.

Documentation & Compliance

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for migration strategies, mapping rules, functional specifications, test scripts, and training guides.

• Ensure documentation supports traceability, audit requirements, and handover throughout the migration project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay updated on the latest innovations in SAP SD, O2C data migration tools, SAP S/4HANA migration methodologies, and SAP Fiori apps.

• Drive ongoing improvements in the data migration lifecycle for faster, more accurate order processing and cash realization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SD, O2C process implementation, and data migration projects.

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end SAP data migration delivery from blueprinting to post‑go‑live support.

• Strong understanding of O2C data objects, migration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit), and data validation techniques.

• Integration knowledge with FI/CO, MM, PP, and PS modules.

• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

• Experience working in global delivery models with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in Engineering, Construction & Operations (EC&O) and/or Manufacturing industries.

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA SD, SAP BRIM, SAP Advanced ATP, or SAP Fiori apps related to O2C and sales operations.

• Familiarity with SAP data migration methodologies and advanced data quality tools.

Education Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management) is preferred.

• SAP Certification in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP S/4HANA Sales, or SAP Data Migration is highly desirable.
