Job description

As an AI Trainer, you will play a key role in training large language models that power our AI-native games. Your contributions will focus on fine-tuning our models’ performance across several departments, with a specific emphasis on emotional intelligence and logic, to create an immersive user experience within our fictional worlds.

There are four main job scopes: LLM, Creative Content Writer, Audio, and Video.

Responsibilities:

1. Annotate game content such as dialogues, quests, and character interactions.
2. Ensure accuracy and consistency in the data to optimize players’ gaming experience, profiles, and other relevant details.
3. Annotate and evaluate model responses against our evaluation rubrics to improve dialogue and overall interactions, aiming for the best user experience.
4. Collaborate with research and product teams to develop state-of-the-art large language models.

Nice to Haves:

• Previous experience working with AI models (including RLHF, fine-tuning, evaluation).
• Experience working with data analysis, data manipulation, and data reporting.

Who are we looking for?

• Fresh Graduates from degrees in Statistics, Technology / IT / Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Psychology, and Copywriting.
• Degree and/or experience in writing, storytelling, technical writing, STEM, data disciplines, psychology, or philosophy.
• Passion for gaming, especially narrative-driven or role-playing games.
