Job description

We’re looking for a Data Analyst (Business Intelligence) to support our data-driven operations across events, membership programs, and performance reporting within Richworks Consulting Group (RCG).

You’ll work with the Data Strategy team to manage data accuracy, develop dashboards, and strengthen CRM reporting — turning information into insights that drive business decisions.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and analyze data for events and membership programs.
• Maintain and enhance dashboards using PowerBi, Locker Studio, Google Sheets, and Zoho Analytics.
• Support CRM integration and automate recurring reports for better efficiency.
• Conduct trend and performance analysis to support management decisions. Explore new data tools and AI-assisted solutions to improve accuracy, prediction, and reporting speed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or business intelligence.
• Skilled in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Zoho or similar BI platforms is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with curiosity for AI tools and automation.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork skills.
