Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst responsible for the end-to-end management of complex datasets, from building efficient pipelines and maintaining ERP data integrity to performing advanced statistical modeling. This role will leverage technical expertise in SQL, ETL frameworks, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) to identify trends, quantify business performance, and ensure data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and performance insights
• Maintain ERP data integrity (item codes, recipes, pricing, conversions)
• Be involved and support menu management on multiple platforms
• Build data pipelines, clean and preprocess data, and perform quality checks
• Develop reports and dashboards in Power BI/Tableau for business use
• Extract data using special tools and software, responding to data-related queries, setting up processes to make data more efficient, analysing and interpreting trends from the data, and reporting trends to add business value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in data analysis/engineering, preferably in F&B, retail, or start-up.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and statistical tools (Excel, SPSS, SAS).
