Responsibilities

Collaboration with Leadership:

Engage with the Directors/Area Managers/Account Managersto deeply understand the company's analytics requirements and strategic goals.

Translate business needs into data-driven insights that support executive decision-making and long-term planning.

Communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner, ensuring that leadership can quickly grasp and utilize findings.

Proactive Data Analysis:

Identify opportunities for improvement by analyzing large datasets to pinpoint inefficiencies and bottlenecks in current operations.

Leverage advanced analytical techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and correlations that can lead to enhanced productivity and cost savings.

Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring the company adopts best practices in digitalization and data analytics.

Creation of Visual Reports:

Design and develop comprehensive visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Interpret and combine data from multiple sources (e.g., property management systems, financial databases, and tenant feedback) to provide a holistic view of performance.

Ensure reports are user-friendly and tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, from executives to on-the-ground teams.

Database Development and Management:

Build and maintain robust databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility.

Document database structures, processes, and workflows meticulously, enabling seamless collaboration with other departments.

Acquire and integrate data from various internal and external sources, ensuring it aligns with the company’s objectives.

Coordination with Site Teams:

Collaborate with site teams to collect necessary data, ensuring all relevant information is captured for analysis.

Provide training and support to site personnel on data collection methods, emphasizing the importance of accuracy and consistency.

Act as a liaison between the site teams and the central office, ensuring data flows efficiently and any issues are promptly addressed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in data development and analysis.

Experience in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Lookerstudio).

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various levels of the organization.

Knowledge of the property management industry and digitalization trends is a plus.
