• Minimum 1 - 2 years of working experience in Customer Service field.

Responsibilities

• Attend outbound & inbound calls to provide excellent service.
• Build customer retention by handling loan application submissions.
• Manage administrative tasks on insurance products.
• Conduct telesales for all Insurance Products.
• Handle insurance claim cases from offer letter to payment.
• Promote TCAP EZ Connect app for FPX transactions.
