Responsibilities

• Check export invoices and prepare customs declaration documents.
• Contact freight companies to ensure timely shipment and resolve issues.
• Export shipment data from SAP and complete the ship track ledger.
• Update the export cargo tracking sheet daily.
• Handle invoicing and payment requests for freight forwarders.
• Import monthly shipment ledger into the SAP system.
• Create monthly shipment tracking reports.

1. Check export invoices and packing lists, prepare customs declaration documents.
2. Contact freight companies to ensure timely and accurate shipment; track status of export goods' customs clearance and transportation; resolve issues promptly.
3. Export shipment data from SAP, complete the ship track ledger.
4. Update the export cargo tracking sheet daily in a timely manner.
5. Daily invoicing and payment request processing for designated freight forwarders. Monthly reconciliation and payment requests for freight forwarders.
6. Import monthly shipment ledger into the SAP system.
7. Monthly shipment tracking report. Monthly freight cost ledger registration.
