Job summary

A logistics company in Port Klang is seeking a full-time executive to handle Customs documentation including processing forms and ensuring compliance during cargo loading. Candidates must have at least a diploma and 2 years of experience in the industry. Proficiency in Customs declaration systems is essential. Salary is between RM 3,000 to RM 3,500 monthly. The role is open to all genders and requires candidates to be Malaysians only.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in the industry.
• Familiar with Customs declaration systems such as Rank Alpha, Aldec, MyCargo & U-Customs.

Responsibilities

• Check Tariff Finder (HS Code).
• Process various Customs Forms.
• Attend cargo loading and Customs inspections.
• Ensure completion of shipping documents.
• Liaise with transport company for delivery.

Responsibilities

• Check Tariff Finder (HS Code)
• Process Customs Forms K1, K2, K3, K4, K8, K9 & ZB
• Attend cargo loading, Customs inspection, OGA inspection (if required)
• Ensure all related shipping documents such as Packing list, commercial invoice, NOA, BL, FTA Certificate, and perform duty draft for payment to Customs
• Liaise with haulage & transport company to arrange delivery
