Job summary

A customer service firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist fluent in Arabic, Korean, or Indonesian. Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service support experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic/Indonesian/Korean and English.
  • Support on product features and resolve technical or service issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA.
  • Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.
