Job Function:

Coordinate with sales & marketing team to determine customer order's requirements.

Assist customer to analyze the ordering history to schedule on new orders on time

Handle and follow up on customer orders and enquiries

Prepare sales support materials according to customer needs

Liaise closely with sections including sales & marketing, purchasing, production, etc. to ensure customer orders are process on timely basis

Requirements

1-2 years working experience in health food / health supplement industry

Working experience in retail will be an added advantage

Preferably degree /diploma holder or similar

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malay languages
