  • Help customers by sharing guides, tutorials, and quick solutions.
  • Escalate tricky issues to our L2 support team when needed.
  • Learn the ropes of automation and see how businesses use it to scale their business.
  • Log everything neatly in our CRM so the whole team stays in sync.
  • Spot repeated questions and help improve or suggest better help guides/articles.
  • Track common issues and prepare simple, easy‑to‑understand reports.
  • Stay calm under pressure when urgent matters like Meta restrictions pop up — and help coordinate the response.
Career Path: Grow to L2
  • Build advanced automations and chatbots to help businesses scale smarter.
  • Gain sales and account management skills – learn how to upsell, prepare proposals, and grow client accounts under your care.
