  • More than 7 years’ work experience in the DC industry, MEP consultancy, construction, IT, or real estate industry.

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of contracted services and manage project delivery.

Customer Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all service and project touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.
Service Delivery & Operations
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of contracted services, ensuring adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Lead virtual delivery teams to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvement in service performance, proactively addressing risks and issues.
Project Management
  • Manage the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects, from planning to customer handover.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including sales, presales, design, construction, and testing & commissioning teams.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and schedule expectations, while effectively managing risks and escalations.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, procurement standards, audit requirements, and ITIL-based processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for project and service delivery milestones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Align internal resources to support both project execution and ongoing service operations.
  • Collaborate with operations, network, and IT service teams to ensure seamless service continuity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree; major in Mechanical, Electrical, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • More than 7 years’ work experience in the DC industry, MEP consultancy, construction, IT, or real estate industry.
  • Has excellent customer interface experience, good communication, presentation and coordination skills, and good written skills to draft reports.
  • Good learning skill and self-driven character, willing to take on challenges and changes with a positive mindset.
  • Strong client-servicing willingness and ability. Capability towards emergent public relationship issues.
  • An adept conflict mediator and a trustworthy client advisor.
  • Good language proficiency in English and Mandarin in a working environment.
