Job summary

A leading e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our online customers. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in both written and verbal English. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, order processing, and assisting with post-sales support. Experience in consumer electronics and knowledge of additional European languages will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service using phone, instant messaging, and email.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Consumer electronics knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service support to e-commerce customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, instant messaging, and email.
  • Manage the entire order processing cycle.
  • Assist customers in their online purchasing journey.
  • Resolve post-sales issues for customers.

Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers

Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services

May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries

Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments

Helping customers in their online buying journey

Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues

Job Requirements:
  • Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
  • Must be proficient in both written and verbal English
  • Consumer electronics knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Must have strong attention to details and customer focus centric
  • Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
  • Immediately available preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Intermediate/Advance level with Microsoft Excel would be an advantage, but not necessary
  • Knowledge of any European language would be an advantage, but not necessary
