A leading e-commerce company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our online customers. The ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and be proficient in both written and verbal English. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, order processing, and assisting with post-sales support. Experience in consumer electronics and knowledge of additional European languages will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers
Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services
May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries
Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments
Helping customers in their online buying journey
Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues
