Job summary

A dynamic manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a detail-oriented individual to handle order processing and coordination. The role involves reviewing orders, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring timely delivery. The candidate should possess strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with DMS and WMS is an advantage. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with various teams.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Similar working experience is preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of DMS and WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review orders and obtain credit control approval.
  • Assign tasks to teammates to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor and track order process status.
  • Coordinate return orders and communication with the warehouse and logistics.
  • Update the commercial team on client order statuses and compile necessary reports.

Job description

S L Ng Group of Companies – Johor Bahru, Johor

You will need to review orders, submit for credit control approval when necessary. Assign to your teammate for process to ensure the delivery is fulfilled properly & on time.

Monitor and keep track the order process status to ensure everything done at the end of the day.

Similar to above also in coordinating and process return order.

You will collaborate with warehouse & logistic to coordinate for the special request or arrangement needed.

You will also communicate daily with our commercial team and ensure your teammate to update them on the status of client orders, summarize, compile and email the report required.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia

High school Diploma or equivalent.

Similar working experience (preferred).

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.

Knowledge of DMS, WMS (preferred).
