Overview

CS - To coordinate, plan and implement activities in the Customer Service Department towards total customer satisfaction in achieving Company’s objectives.

Performance Measures and Standards: CS

• Number of customers’ complaints (internal/external).
• Courtesy in handling customers.
• Time taken to solve customers’ problems.
• Sales team’s objectives are met in terms of profit margin, market penetration and volume.
• Systematic and up-to-date records.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing / Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
