As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support U.S.-based customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring every interaction is seamless, empathetic, and aligned with the brand’s values.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a seamless customer service experience via email, live chat, phone.

  • Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally to reflect the company’s brand values

  • Resolve customer inquiries efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction

  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including CSAT, Quality Assurance (QA), response time, and resolution time

  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to support continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences

  • Primarily support and interact with United States customers

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment (added advantage)

  • Strong ability to connect, empathize, and build rapport with customers

  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a reliable team player

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership and patience

  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (added advantage)

  • Willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays

  • Comfortable with rotational shifts

Working Hours

5-day work week (Rotational Shifts):

  • Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Salary
  • RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
