A fast-growing home solutions company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support for U.S.-based customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. This role offers a salary range of RM3,500 – RM4,500 and includes benefits such as a parking allowance, medical insurance, and annual leave.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will support U.S.-based customers across multiple communication channels, ensuring every interaction is seamless, empathetic, and aligned with the brand’s values.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, solving problems, and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Deliver a seamless customer service experience via email, live chat, phone.
Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally to reflect the company’s brand values
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce friction
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs), including CSAT, Quality Assurance (QA), response time, and resolution time
Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experiences
Primarily support and interact with United States customers
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment (added advantage)
Strong ability to connect, empathize, and build rapport with customers
Good problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
Self-motivated, resourceful, and a reliable team player
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership and patience
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms (added advantage)
Willingness to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
Comfortable with rotational shifts
5-day work week (Rotational Shifts):
Morning Shift: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
RM3,500 – RM4,500 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
Parking Allowance: RM100 per month
Annual Leave: 14 days
Sick Leave: 14 days
Hospitalization Leave: 60 days
