Job summary

A leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers with inquiries and service requests. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or higher, possess strong communication skills in English and Malay, and have a customer-oriented mindset. This full-time role includes rotational shifts and offers a basic salary of RM3,000 per month, with performance incentives and benefits.

At SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd., we are a leading BPO and Technology Solutions provider where innovation meets excellence. As we expand, we are seeking talented individuals to join our Customer Service team based in Damansara City Mall.

Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly via calls, emails, and other contact channels.
  • Assist customers with automotive-related queries and service requests.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Record and submit customer cases in the internal system according to SOP.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet project KPIs and quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Malay (written, verbal, listening).
  • Previous customer service/BPO experience preferred, automotive industry knowledge is an advantage.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, pleasant interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in office software and computer operations.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Job Type & Schedule

  • Full-time, rotational shifts
  • 5 working days per week

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: RM3,000/month
  • Performance KPI Incentive: Up to RM300/month
