About the role
Join the Customer Service team at TDCX Malaysia as a Customer Service Specialist supporting a leading cruise line industry. This full‑time, in‑office role is based in Kuala Lumpur City Centre, Kuala Lumpur. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to cruise line passengers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.

What you'll be doing

Handle inbound calls from cruise line passengers to address their queries and concerns.

Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on cruise itineraries, booking details, and other related matters.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

What we're looking for

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or hospitality setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Proficiency in MANDARIN and ENGLISH, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
