We are seeking a talented Customer Service professional to join our team at HONOUR LANE LOGISTICS SDN BHD' in Petaling Jaya Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the shipping and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Tracking shipments and providing customers with regular updates on the status of their orders
• Handling customer complaints and working to resolve issues quickly and effectively
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer orders
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and shipments
