In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service through email, live chat, and phone calls. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and call in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers.
