Additionally, we offer sea and air freight services between East and West Malaysia. We are committed to efficient and reliable logistics services tailored to our clients’ needs.

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Kota Kinabalu. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Their day‑to‑day tasks include addressing customer support tickets, providing accurate information, and enhancing the overall customer experience by delivering excellent service. Consistent communication with clients and collaboration with team members will be essential.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries and deliver resolutions effectively
  • Strong focus on ensuring Customer Satisfaction and providing an exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle diverse customer needs
